I paid a $1200 deposit to this company on the 15/02/21. I was told I'd have the products I ordered in four to six weeks. I've comunicated with them on numerous occasions by phone with the qld rep (Rob) and factory manager (Ken). Both have given me expected delivery dates which have come and gone. Its now twelve weeks since placing my order and they dont return my messages. This company have never told me the truth in regards to my order. I'm currently trying to get my deposit back. So I can place my order with another company. I'd wouldn't ever recommend this company.
Very good, excellent range of products for multiple purposes, garden edging to fencing to decking, their product usage is only limited by imagination. Chances are they will have something that you'll use in your next building project.
We used this awesome product to make planter boxes. It was incredibly easy to work with and I was able to use the same tools I would have used with timber. There was no sawdust like you get with timber. I love that I can have the planter boxes out in the elements and I never need to stain them, they will always look brand new.
Sales manager (Graham) quickly addressed my on line question and helped me solve my rainwater tank needs. Thanks so much.
