Memorial Park Heritage Bollards

DESCRIPTION
Brisbane City Council replaced 380 old timber bollards surrounding Memorial Park with new 100mm x 100m APR Composite bollards. APR Composites material was an ideal choice to replace timber as it won’t rot or splinter.

PROJECT FACTS

• 2500 kg of reclaimed non-treated timber consumed
• 2500 kg of recycled plastic consumed
• = 650,000 x 2 litre plastic milk bottles
• = 175 cubic metres of plastic diverted from landfill
